As Senior Product Manager for SellerCloud, you will shape how sellers manage that journey, drive measurable business results, and help elevate product management across Descartes. - Solid B2B SaaS product management experience, ideally in e-commerce, order management or supply chain technology.
- Deep order management expertise, including order capture, routing, allocation, fulfilment,



modifications, cancellations, returns, exceptions and integrations with IMS, WMS and shipping systems.
- Proven ability to turn customer insights into product strategies and measurable business outcomes.
- Experience managing complex technical products, cross-platform integrations and engineering dependencies.
- Strong discovery, prioritization, stakeholder management and commercial judgment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional teams, own outcomes and mentor other Product Managers.
