Lead multiplatform advertising sales for CBC/Radio-Canada in Montreal, using negotiation and bilingual leadership skills within a hybrid work arrangement. Reporting to the Director, Multiplatform Sales, you will guide the Montreal Media Solutions sales team. You will develop short
- and long-term strategies for TV and digital advertising revenues. The role combines operational oversight, mentorship, account growth, and cross-functional collaboration with management, support departments, and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate short

- Oversee daily sales team operations and provide mentorship
- Participate in annual agreement renewal negotiations




- Track weekly forecasts and manage account transfers
- Identify growth opportunities across active accounts

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Five to ten years’ advertising sales experience
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams
- Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills
