Keep construction materials moving safely as a Site Equipment Operator with Traine Construction & Development in Whitby, Ontario.

This full time position supports an active, hands-on wood-frame multi-family project and reports to the Site Superintendent. You will operate telehandlers, zoom booms, skid steers, hand tools, and other site equipment. You will also provide spotting, maintain clean work areas, assist site workers, and follow company, site, and occupational health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide traffic control, spotting, and signalling as required
- Remove debris, waste, and potential work-area hazards
- Assist carpenters, labourers, and site workers
- Operate hand and power tools as required




- Follow company safety and occupational health requirements

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of safe equipment operation and material handling
- Valid driver's licence and high school diploma or equivalent
- Current First Aid certification is an asset
- Dependable, flexible, safety-focused construction-team approach
- Comfort working outdoors, indoors, around noise, dust, and hazards
