Lead complex technology delivery from Specsavers’ Burnaby office, combining program governance, store deployments, and people leadership in a hybrid work model. As Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will oversee Canada-wide initiatives supporting store growth and operations. Your scope includes current store openings, infrastructure, connectivity, security, hardware lifecycle management, and technical programs. You will lead three remotely based Store Technology Project Coordinators while managing vendors, budgets, risks, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technology delivery for new store openings
- Lead, coach, and allocate work across three coordinators
- Manage suppliers, performance reviews, escalations, and service quality
- Oversee infrastructure, networking, systems, hardware, and technical assurance




- Manage budgets, forecasts, governance, risks, and dependencies

Requirements:
- Significant senior technology delivery or program management experience
- Direct people leadership, coaching, development, and performance management experience
- Large-scale, multi-site rollout or store opening experience
- Strong store technology, POS, infrastructure, and connectivity expertise
