Shape complex M&A; transactions as BMO’s Middle Market Investment Banking Vice President, applying advanced analysis and transaction leadership across Canada. The role supports high-quality advisory services for privately owned and entrepreneur-led companies. You will develop financial models, valuation analyses, marketing materials, and presentations while coordinating clients, acquirers, and external advisors. The mandate also includes governance, documentation, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee transaction documentation and confidential information memoranda
- Coordinate diligence with legal, accounting, and financing advisors
- Maintain accuracy, quality control, and required documentation

Requirements:
- Five to seven-plus years in corporate development or related finance
