Own accounts receivable with billing, collections, and credit expertise in a flexible Ottawa role offered in-office or remotely. This full time contract runs three months, with possible extension. As Senior Accountant, Accounts Receivable, you will manage the complete AR cycle for a successful health technology company. The work includes payment processing, customer account management, invoicing, rebates, reconciliations, and collections. You will also support month-end closure, audits, workflow improvements, and process documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer payments and investigate failed transactions
- Resolve billing errors and answer customer payment questions
- Prepare invoices, credits, rebates, and tax refunds
- Review aging, pursue balances,



and send statements
- Reconcile AR balances and support audits

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Three-plus years in accounts receivable, collections, and credit risk
- CPA designation considered an asset
- US GAAP experience strongly preferred
