Support safe independence for adults in Aurora and Newmarket through home safety assessment and occupational therapy interventions. Work part time or casually in clients’ homes. At 1to1 Rehab, this Occupational Therapist position focuses on adult community care across York Region. You will identify fall and accessibility risks, recommend environmental modifications, and provide equipment guidance. The caseload also includes mobility training, daily care strategies, energy conservation, funding support, and progress documentation. Geographic alignment helps match services with availability and travel preferences.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario registration
- ADP License required for this position
- Access to reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check within one year Use clinical assessment, equipment training, and environmental planning to help adult clients remain safer and more independent at home.
