As a Senior Associate, you will support and lead M&A;, capital raises, and strategic advisory mandates. You will work directly with clients and senior leadership while helping develop analysts. Key Responsibilities
- Lead key workstreams across M&A; and strategic advisory mandates
- Build detailed DCF, LBO, and comparable company models
- Prepare CIMs, pitch materials, and management presentations
- Coordinate due diligence with teams and external advisors
- Mentor analysts and oversee deliverable quality

Requirements:
- Four to eight plus years in investment banking or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business
