Key Responsibilities
- Participate in design reviews, tendering, bid levelling, and project launch
- Manage budgets, forecasts, progress reporting, and change orders
- Chair owner, architect, consultant, and project team meetings
- Review submittals, shop drawings, specifications, and contract documents




- Oversee commissioning, handover, training, and financial closeout

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum four years’ related experience
