Turn Senior Pilot Technician experience into ROV supervision with DOF Canada, supporting secure operations, system maintenance, and competent subsea teams. This ROV Supervisor position serves DOF’s offshore renewables subsea services locally and internationally. You will supervise assigned teams, ensure work scopes meet internal and external requirements, and maintain operational, technical, and safety documentation. The role also includes coaching personnel, assessing skills, and supporting competency.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach subsea personnel and assess assigned skills
- Ensure work scopes meet applicable requirements
- Maintain operational, technical, and safety documentation
- Complete reports according to required timelines
- Conduct mobilization and demobilization familiarization sessions

Requirements:
- Five to seven years as a Senior Pilot Technician
- Work class ROV systems experience
- Knowledge of technical specifications and oil and gas standards
- Schilling or XLX experience considered an asset
