Use Claude and Figma Make to explore AI-first experiences for TripArc’s B2B travel products. This hybrid role is based in Downtown Toronto. As a Senior UX Designer, you will help evolve platforms used daily by travel professionals and DMC partners. You will design within the Quote to Pay domain while partnering with Product and Engineering. The work spans AI-assisted prototyping, scalable systems, accessibility, and complex operational tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Use Claude and Figma Make to explore and prototype solutions
- Review AI output for quality and bias
- Evolve TripArc’s design system across platforms
- Facilitate critiques, workshops, and constructive design feedback
- Mentor designers and champion accessibility best practices

Requirements:
- Six or more years of professional UX design experience
- Daily AI tool use for research, ideation, and prototyping
- Robust B2B, systems thinking, and expert-user experience
- Ability to design in ambiguous, evolving problem spaces
- Experience facilitating workshops or mentoring designers Lead thoughtful AI-assisted product design at TripArc while strengthening accessibility, design systems, and expert travel workflows.
