- Supervise loss prevention practices during leadership absences
- Enforce company policies through feedback and accountability
- Communicate store needs to Store Manager and Manager In Training
- Exceed personal and store sales standards
- Provide fun, full-service customer experiences

Requirements:

- Solid interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Training completion leading to Co-Manager or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
