Build cloud landing zones and Kubernetes foundations remotely from Canada, Poland, or Germany. Own infrastructure reliability for mission-critical operations. As an Infrastructure / SRE Engineer, you will build and run production cloud infrastructure while treating operations as engineering. You will develop infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and automated QA for safe, repeatable delivery. Reporting to the Head of AI Platform Engineering, you will help establish reliability practices within a small founding team.

Key Responsibilities
- Build cloud landing zones, infrastructure-as-code, and Kubernetes foundations
- Own CI/CD for fast, safe, repeatable delivery
- Establish metrics, logs, traces, SLOs, and alerting




- Improve reliability through on-call response and postmortems
- Optimize capacity and costs, including AI workloads

Requirements:
- Production cloud infrastructure experience and reliability ownership
- Experience treating operations as engineering
- Real on-call experience for built systems
- Explicit communication with engineers, product partners, and customers
- Pragmatic, value-focused approach to shipping Apply cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability expertise to reliable platforms supporting mission-critical customer operations.
