Apply pipeline welding expertise at TC Energy in Spruce Grove, Alberta, supporting in-service natural gas systems and structural steel construction. The schedule is nine days on and five days off. This Welder position reports to the Construction Services West Manager and supports pipeline and facilities construction teams. You will perform cellulosic and low hydrogen welding, hot tapping, branch connections, shop fabrication, and hydro testing. The work also includes planning, documentation, contractor coordination, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-service welding on natural gas pipelines up to NPS48
- Complete hot tapping and branch connection welding
- Fabricate piping assemblies and perform hydro testing




- Stage equipment and resources before project execution
- Review safety documentation and coordinate contractors

Requirements:
- Journeyman Welder certification
- Five years of cellulosic and low hydrogen welding experience
- High-pressure natural gas or oil pipeline welding experience
- Knowledge of CSA Z662, ASME, and CWB regulations
- Ability to pass a welding test before hiring Bring pipeline construction, high-pressure welding, and disciplined safety practices to TC Energy’s field operations.
