Miratech is seeking a Senior Google CCAIP Engineer to design, configure, and test Google Contact Center AI-based solutions. You will implement DTMF IVR menus, call flows, and routing logic in production environments, with a focus on accuracy, testing, and documentation. You will work with CRM integrations, Dialogflow CX, and multilingual prompts, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and changes are managed through proper release processes.
