Most Long & McQuade stores have on-site Lesson Centres offering instruction across diverse musical disciplines. Lessons Teachers teach students of all ages and use standard methods within private or group lesson settings. Candidates qualify through a recognized music degree or diploma, Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments, or professional equivalency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach musical instruments and voice at Lesson Centres
- Instruct students across all age groups
- Use standard methods for private lesson teaching

Requirements:

- Previous teaching experience with students of all ages
- Recognized university or college music degree or diploma
- Minimum Grade 8 RCM standing and Grade 2 Rudiments
- Skilled equivalency accepted as an alternative qualification
- Knowledge of standard teaching methods and lesson curriculum
