The Director, Pharmacy Operations Region oversees pharmacies across an assigned region. This leader develops pharmacy teams, supports protected and effective practice, and advances exceptional patient care. The position requires operational experience, people management, relationship building, and strong communication. It also supports accountability, results, and positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach, develop, and train pharmacy teams across the region
- Plan weekly store visits around business priorities
- Implement and sustain national pharmacy standards and processes
- Review labour projections, inventory,



and critical financial metrics
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and operating procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent required
- Three to seven years of progressive management experience
- Operational experience, preferably across multiple locations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
