The Quarry Manager manages limestone quantity and quality while ensuring secure, compliant, and environmentally sound mine operations. This role controls costs, develops monthly forecasts, supports improvement groups, and maintains coordination with plant operations and maintenance. The manager also leads employees, operators, training, productivity, housekeeping, quality, and local succession planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor costs, budgets, and monthly performance forecasts
- Identify operational improvements and support mine committees
- Maintain plant synergy through technical solutions and projects




- Manage environmental approvals, EMS support, and CKD landfill
- Maintain productivity, housekeeping, and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Five or more years of progressive related experience
- Experience in cement manufacturing or related industry
- Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Google Suite proficiency
- Commitment to Amrize safety protocols and approved PPE Use quarry management, cost control, environmental compliance, and workforce leadership skills to advance Amrize operations.
