The Vice President, Finance oversees Sun Peaks Resort LLP and affiliated entities. This strategic leadership role supports long-term growth, financial sustainability, compliance, and operational excellence. Portfolios include Finance and Payroll, Information Technology, Rental and Retail, and Guest Services within a shared services model.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop financial strategies supporting long-term growth and investment plans
- Lead planning, forecasting, and budgeting through the May-to-April cycle
- Oversee reporting, accounting processes, controls, and regulatory compliance




- Support capital investment decisions through financial analysis and risk assessment
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

Requirements:
- Minimum seven years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and risk management knowledge
- Experience with capital investment planning and financing structures
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights
