Lead payments finance at CapeShore Group as a hands-on Financial Controller with reconciliation and cash-management expertise. This is a full-time role. CapeShore is building a Merchant of Record platform for e-commerce and telehealth businesses. You will own finance beyond traditional accounting, working directly with leadership. The role focuses on financial systems supporting the growing payments business.

Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile high-volume payments across processors, banks, MIDs, and merchants
- Lead month-end close and multi-entity accounting
- Manage settlements, payouts, liquidity, and financial controls
- Deliver profitability reporting by merchant, processor, and entity
- Build automated finance and reconciliation processes

Requirements:
- Seven-plus years in accounting and finance
- Three-plus years in payments, acquiring, PayFac, or fintech
- Experience reconciling settlements through deposits and payouts
- Solid Excel, accounting systems, and cash-management skills
- CPA, SQL, or automation experience is a plus Bring payments reconciliation, financial controls, and cash forecasting expertise to CapeShore’s growing fintech platform.
