Shape shipping strategy and warehouse performance at Phantom Screens in Abbotsford, BC, with responsibility for inventory, systems, and outbound logistics. This Logistics Manager leads shipping across domestic, USA, and international operations. You will support Phantom manufacturing sites and provide strategic and tactical support to Rolltec Shading in Ontario. The position partners with Operations, brokers, carriers, and third-party providers while developing stronger inventory and warehouse controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop finished goods warehouse and inventory reporting
- Monitor small parts and stock door inventory levels
- Manage returns, restocking, and disposition
- Lead Warehouse Management System rollout
- Track shipping costs, scorecards, and operational KPIs

Requirements:
- Five-plus years logistics management experience in manufacturing
- Team leadership and contract negotiation experience
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Solid ERP and advanced Excel capabilities
- Relevant degree or diploma and Operations Management diploma Use inventory control, warehouse systems, and shipping analytics to strengthen Phantom Screens' manufacturing logistics network.
