Retail Sales Associate – Mind Games

Location: Mic Mac Mall, Dartmouth, NS
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team at Mic Mac Mall in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and recommending suitable products.

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions accurately.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and assist with inventory management.

- Develop strong product knowledge of games, puzzles, toys, and collectibles.





- Support store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product recommendations.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.

- Follow company policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum one year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

- Interest in board games, puzzles, toys, or pop culture is an asset.

- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
