We're seeking experienced Access Management Specialists to contribute to a major healthcare digital transformation initiative. This opportunity brings together Identity & Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), healthcare business analysis, and access governance to help design secure, scalable access frameworks that support clinical workflows and protect sensitive patient information.

Location: Remote – Canada (Quarterly travel to New Brunswick)

Start: December 7, 2026 (or earlier)

Contract: 2 Years + Extension Options The Expertise We're Looking For:

- Identity & Access Management (IAM) and RBAC
- Access Governance, Role Engineering & Access Matrices




- Healthcare Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Clinical Information Systems (CIS), EMR & EHR
- Privacy Compliance, Access Auditing & Segregation of Duties
- Stakeholder Workshops, Process Mapping & UAT
