We help scale Shopify + WooCommerce brands with $1M–$25M in annual revenue through paid media, email/retention, creative, social, production, and influencer marketing. Our clients span apparel, wellness, sports, lifestyle, outdoor, and alcohol.

We’ve doubled our team in the last year and are now building out our Latin America arm, led directly by our founder, who’s based in Mexico. The roleWe’re hiring an Account Manager to strategically lead 2-4 of our Shopify DTC brand clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact for your clients, the strategic glue across our paid, email, social, creative, and production teams, and the person who turns a client’s goals into real campaigns that move the needle.

You’ll own your accounts end to end, mentor one Junior Account Manager on your pod, and have a transparent path into leadership as the agency grows. Fluent, confident spoken and written English is non-negotiable.

You’re the face of Impulso for those accounts. Strategic orchestration across our paid, email, social, creative, and production teams Brand-level strategy: positioning, seasonal calendar, campaign concepts, creative direction Mentoring a junior account manager on your pod Fluent, confident English, both spoken and written. 3 to 5+ years in e-commerce, either brand side or agency side. Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals across paid media, email, social, creative, and analytics Able to own cross-functional projects end to end: brief, schedule, deliver, measure, iterate Previous experience in a fast-moving digital agency Experience managing international clients Fully remote, based in Mexico The agency doubled last year, and senior strategy and leadership seats are opening.
