MFS Property Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our rapid-paced property management team in Markham. In this role, you will oversee the management and administration of mortgage default and power of sale properties on behalf of major financial institutions and banking partners.

While previous experience in mortgage default or property management is an asset, it is not strictly required—we provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure your success. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is eager to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of mortgage default and power of sale properties for various banking and financial institution clients.
- Coordinate operational details, maintenance, and administrative workflows for assigned properties.
- Maintain professional correspondence with financial partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure all compliance, reporting,



and documentation standards are met accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven background in customer service, client management, or corporate administration.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Industry experience in property management, real estate, or banking/mortgage administration is considered a strong asset.
