Perform quality control, initiate, follow up on and complete ATON and non-ATON transfers; Maintain departmental service level agreements and adhere to applicable regulatory requirements; Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with clients, partners and operational teams; Perform quality control of transfer documentation, cheque deposits, control account reconciliations and mutual fund bookings; Open and distribute department mail, answer the department phone line and administer the department mailbox.Has 1 to 2 years of account transfer experience; Has basic knowledge of ISM, ATON and CDS,
