We structure CRM, billing, calls, and support data into a semantic layer where every metric is sourced, every definition is locked, and every answer is deterministic, then build agents that take the manual busywork off people's plates. Our cofounders Guillaume and Seb already built and sold one startup together; Vasco's mission is to enable builders and GTM leaders to build a revenue engine that moves the business forward on data they can trust. About the roleOur CEO and cofounder sets Vasco's product direction, and you bring the customer's reality into how we frame, shape, test, and ship it, so the squads building it start from what customers need and do.
Twelve months in, a larger share of what we ship gets adopted and solves the problem it was built for, and you can show it with the numbers you set up. however, this is not anentry-level position: you'll support many product decisions on a small team, set up how we measure adoption, and bring evidence when an idea needs reshaping. We'll meet you where you are, and what matters is that you make the team better at turning direction into things customers adopt. We're an early-stage startup working at the frontier of what agents can do in GTM.
Join product shaping sessions with our designers and engineers, turn our CEO's direction into shaped work, and test it against what customers need, so each bet starts from customer reality.
Voice of the customer: Talk to customers and study how they use the product, across several topics at once, so what we build solves the problem for the people who buy it and the people who run it. Define what adoption means for what we ship, get it tracked, and use what it shows to decide what we improve next. Quality from the user's side: Test releases from the user's perspective before they ship,
so each release works for the people using it.
Own launches, release notes, and product messaging, and keep delivery moving with the squads, so what ships lands clearly with customers. Track where the market is going, bring that insight back to the team, and help improve how we build product in an AI-embedded world. You bring 5+ years of relevant product experience in B2B software.
Customer evidence that changed a build. You've run interviews with B2B customers and can name a decision the team changed because of it, including a direction a founder or senior leader held. You've owned product decisions at an early-stage B2B startup and can name the calls that were yours.
You've defined adoption for something you shipped, measured it, and changed the product because of what you found. You've built and shipped agents. Writes for customers. AI, agent, data, or revenue products.
Small, high-caliber team, with experienced founders still building alongside you. Early-stage pace and real ownership: the problems are unsolved, the path isn't fixed, and your judgment and capabilities shape what happens next. AI-forward, both in how we work day to day and in what we build for customers.
Real autonomy, with room to experiment, pick up new skills, and take on projects outside your role: nobody here is boxed in.
Compensation within the top of the national market, stock options for every team member, uncapped paid time off, generous parental leave, and 100% employer-paid health advantages for you and your dependents. Where you’ll workThis position is hybrid in Montreal- three days in-person per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) at WeWork Place Ville-Marie in downtown Montreal.
