Job Summary

Accounts Receivables associate is to assist in the collection on accounts receivable and account maintenance with strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize, and analyze accounts and be able to work alone or in a team setting.

Responsibilities

- Processing and researching disputed accounts receivables
- Processing credit notes
- Handling correspondence both verbal and by email
- Various assigned tasks as requested
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, filing, scanning, and electronic record management.
- Maintain accurate customer, shipment, carrier, and operational information in company systems.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence as required.
- Monitor shared inboxes and direct requests to the appropriate department or employee.
- Maintain organized electronic records in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements





- Transportation experience is an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Ability to listen and provide effective and timely feedback
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
