Lead actuarial analytics at Intact through technical guidance, project leadership, and a hybrid work model supporting national underwriting operations.As Team Lead, Actuarial, you will guide two to three actuarial analysts within Operational Performance Analytics. You will combine hands-on analysis with coaching, recommendations, and stakeholder collaboration. The team delivers insights supporting operational excellence, productivity, growth, and service quality across underwriting teams.Key Responsibilities:

Lead a small team of two to three actuarial analystsProvide technical advice and ensure analysts’ work qualityAnalyze reports and recommend underwriting performance improvementsEvaluate, develop, and coach team membersRepresent OPA with working groups, committees, and stakeholdersRequirements:

University degree in Mathematics or Actuarial ScienceMinimum five years of experienceCoaching experience;

one year is a major assetStrong actuarial techniques and technical skillsFCAS or FCIA designation and Quebec bilingualism are assets or requirementsApply actuarial techniques, coaching, and strategic decision-making to improve underwriting operations with Intact’s OPA team.
