Reporting to People & Culture leadership, you will communicate standards, educate workers and partners, and collaborate with Mattamy Homes’ Director of Health & Safety.Key Responsibilities:

Promote health and safety programs across facilities and officesShare safety best practices, lessons learned, and precautionsEducate employees, contractors, and partners on safety standardsLiaise with inspectors, subcontractors, public stakeholders,



and government authoritiesCoordinate contractor, vendor, fire, HVAC, and electrical safety requirementsRequirements:

Experience leading safety in automated manufacturing facilitiesWorking knowledge of industrial robot safety standardsStrong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and communication skillsExperience building health and safety programs from the ground upMicrosoft Office proficiency and regular GTA site travel willingnessBring safety leadership, robotics knowledge, and explicit communication to Stelumar’s advanced manufacturing and construction environments.
