Who we are:

The Borough Health & Wellness is a physician-led medical aesthetics and wellness clinic on Brown's Line in Etobicoke, and we are growing. We are not a franchise. We are not a high-volume churn-and-burn medspa. We are a tight-knit, passionate team led by Dr. Aaren Grigg (MD), and we have built something that patients genuinely love being part of.

We offer injectables, InMode treatments, IV therapy, wellness services, and AlumierMD skincare, all under one roof, all working together. Our patients keep coming back because the care here is real, the environment feels good, and the team behind it actually cares.

We are growing our clinical team and we are looking for the right nurse to grow with us, not just fill a slot.

What you're walking into:

- A warm, growing patient base in Etobicoke. All patients are part of the Borough community, supported by the full clinic team from first contact through long-term care
- Flexible scheduling coordinated with the clinic, typically 2 to 3 days per week based on patient demand and mutual availability
- A team that actually has your back: Dr. Grigg, a Clinic Manager, and a dedicated Patient Experience and Wellness Coordinator coordinating scheduling, intake, and follow-up in support of your clinical work

You're a fit if:

- You are an active RN or RPN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- You have 2+ years of hands-on injectable experience in a clinic or medspa setting, not supervised observation
- You are certified in neuromodulators and dermal fillers (Allergan/AbbVie, Galderma,



NovaSkin, CILT, or equivalent)
- You are experienced and comfortable administering IV iron infusions, B12 injections, immunizations, and vaccines
- You hold a current CPR/BLS certification
- You have experience with InMode or energy-based devices, or are genuinely open to training on them as part of the initial scope of this role
- You have a before/after portfolio ready to share, required with your application
- You understand that the patients you serve are clinic patients, and you are fully comfortable working within that model
- You are entrepreneurial: you bring ideas for packages, promotions, and patient engagement, not just your hands
- You can guide patients toward decisions clearly and confidently, without ever compromising your clinical judgment
- You are coachable, open to feedback, and comfortable working within established clinic protocols and systems
- You are active on social media or genuinely open to building a presence (Instagram, TikTok)
- Saturday and clinic event availability when opportunities arise

Compensation:

- $30 to $40/hr to start, based on experience
- Competitive commission on injectable services
- Retail commission on AlumierMD skincare
- All product and materials clinic-supplied, zero out-of-pocket cost to you
