Who we are looking for:

Always scrolling TikTok and Instagram, spotting trends and rising creators before everyone else? Love baking and building relationships, and want real-world digital marketing experience?

We’re looking for a motivated, internet-savvy creator to join our team. In this dual role, you’ll drive growth behind the scenes and be the face of our brand on camera. You’ll film recipe videos and other short-form content for TikTok and Instagram, and recruit and support creators in our affiliate program.

Job Responsibilities:

Create content

- Prep and style recipes: Make and style easy-to-follow recipes featuring our products so they look irresistible on camera.
- Make short-form video: Script, film, and edit scroll-stopping TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from recipe demos and taste tests to product hacks, using trending formats and audio.
- Be you: Show up as an authentic, relatable face for the brand across our social channels.

Grow our affiliate community
- Scout creators: Find bloggers, recipe developers, and lifestyle creators on TikTok and Instagram whose style and values fit ours.
- Recruit & Onboard: Reach out by DM and email, invite creators into our affiliate program, and set them up with tracking links, assets, and guidelines.




- Support affiliates: Be their friendly go-to contact, and draft our monthly affiliate newsletter feauturing new launches, seasonal recipe ideas, and top-performer shout-outs.
- Stay organized: Track outreach, affiliate posts, and community performance in one up-to-date system.

What you bring

- Natural and confident on camera.
- Comfortable shooting and editing videos.
- A love of baking and eye for making a kitchen look great on camera.
- An active TikTok and Instagram user with an intuitive grasp of trends, viral formats, and audio
- Writing that sounds human: DMs and emails that feel genuine, and newsletter copy with some punch.
- Ability to plan shoots, hit deadlines, and keep affiliate conversations moving.
- Sharp attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Independent and self-managed, and you welcome feedback.
- Friendly, skilled, and discreet with confidential information.

Bonus points

- Experience using GoAffPro and Shopify Collabs or similar affiliate management apps
- Past content creation or marketing, personal projects included
- A working understanding of how the TikTok and Instagram algorithms reward content
