You will guide patient flow, staffing, risk management, policy interpretation, and critical decisions across both sites.

Allocate available beds and resources safely across both hospital sitesSupport staff through complex patient care and operational situationsAssist patients and families with complaints and rights interpretationMaintain shift logs and coordinate administrative follow-upParticipate in quality reviews and improvement initiativesRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree required;

master’s degree preferredGood standing with a relevant qualified regulatory bodyBasic Life Support certification requiredAt least three years’ acute care leadership experienceDemonstrated communication, collaboration, and intercultural competenceBring acute care leadership, sound judgment, and collaborative communication to BCHS after-hours operations in Brantford and Paris.
