Beyond Creator is Canada’s first AI-powered marketing agency, founded in Toronto. We help restaurants and hospitality brands tell their stories through video, social media and digital marketing, producing 200+ pieces of content every month.

Behind that work are account managers, designers and video editors turning ideas into something people see, share and connect with. We’re building systems that give those people more room to think, create and do excellent work.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to a busy project, spotting an opportunity for automation, and building a tool that makes someone’s day easier. Someone who understands technology and cares about the creative work it supports.

What you’ll help us build

Smoother creative operations

Work with the team to keep priorities, deadlines and handoffs clear. Understand how projects move from an idea to a finished piece of content, then help that process run better.

Practical AI tools and automations

Find repetitive work worth improving and turn it into practical solutions. You might simplify a reporting workflow, build a tool for account managers, or connect information so the team can act on it.

Small applications people can rely on

Write code, connect APIs and publish applications. Test what you build, listen to the people using it, and leave transparent documentation so others can keep using and improving it.

Thoughtful, well-designed experiences

Bring an eye for clear interfaces, good presentation and the details that make a tool enjoyable to use. Help us make technology feel natural within a creative team.

What you’ll bring





- A real AI solution you have built. A useful personal project absolutely counts.
- The ability to write, debug and deploy code, with an app or code sample you can show us.
- Practical experience with ChatGPT and automation tools such as Make, n8n or Zapier.
- Confidence organizing projects and communicating through tools like Notion and Slack.
- An understanding of marketing or creative production, paired with curiosity and good visual judgment.
- Clear English communication and some overlap with Toronto working hours. Turkish is a plus.

Your background could be in software, marketing or operations. We’re interested in what you’ve made, how you think and how you work with people.

You’ll know who uses your work and hear their feedback directly. You’ll have room to suggest ideas, take ownership of useful improvements and see their effect on the team’s everyday work.

You’ll work closely with the founder and a creative team shaping how AI fits into a working marketing agency. This starts as an ongoing part time role, with the potential to grow into full-time work as the collaboration develops.
