Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own business systems, security, support, and AI adoption. Lead AI rollouts across multiple departments

Requirements

Proven organizational AI rollout experience with measurable results

Experience delivering training, usage policies, and change management

At least eight years of IT experience

Three or more years managing an IT team or function

Hands-on Microsoft 365, networking, security, and ERP experience
