As AI Enablement Manager, you will manage MCSI’s artificial intelligence opportunity funnel. You will partner with Marketing, Communications & Social Impact and enabling functions to define needs, expected value, requirements, dependencies, and readiness. Your work supports portfolio decisions, lifecycle progression, and practical AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and frame business problems suitable for AI

Develop opportunity assessments and readiness recommendations

Coordinate governance, risk, technology, and business partners

Track milestones, dependencies, decisions, and required actions





Develop demonstrations, guidance, and capability education

Requirements

Five or more years of relevant experience typically required

Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience

Experience in product discovery or business analysis

Working knowledge of AI concepts and enterprise capabilities

Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
