As AI Enablement Manager, you will manage MCSI’s artificial intelligence chance funnel. You will partner with Marketing, Communications & Social Impact and enabling functions to define needs, expected value, requirements, dependencies, and readiness. Your work supports portfolio decisions, lifecycle progression, and practical AI adoption.
Identify and frame business problems suitable for AI
Coordinate governance, risk, technology, and business partners
Five or more years of relevant experience typically required
Experience in product discovery or business analysis
Working knowledge of AI concepts and enterprise capabilities
Apply product discovery, AI analysis, and stakeholder coordination to advance MCSI opportunities through BMO’s lifecycle. #
