Shape aircraft certification for Bombardier’s fly-by-wire and secondary flight control systems using rigorous systems engineering practices.As Technical Expert, Engineering, you will support sustaining programs and future platforms through system definition, integration, and certification. Your work spans requirements, supplier concepts, aircraft interfaces, analysis, and testing. Testing may occur in Montreal, Wichita, or Toronto, with occasional supplier and regulatory travel.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and verify technical system requirementsPrepare and review test procedures and certification reportsExecute rig and aircraft testing across program locationsEnsure compliance with the ARP4754 development processAlign equipment implementation with Bombardier standardsRequirements:

Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degreeAt least 10 years in an aerospace-related fieldDirect FBW or secondary flight control certification experienceUnderstanding of aircraft systems, interfaces, and Part 25 certificationExcellent oral presentation skills in English and FrenchBring aircraft systems integration, test leadership, and certification knowledge to Bombardier’s flight control engineering team.
