Carpenter Apprentices (Levels 1-4)

Cutting Edge Construction Ltd. is seeking motivated Carpenter Apprentices (Levels 1-4) to join our growing team for full-time, year-round work throughout the Westman region.

Whether you're just starting your apprenticeship or working toward your Journeyperson certification, you'll gain hands-on experience on some of the region's most unique projects while learning from some of the best carpenters in the industry.

Responsibilities

- Assist with wood and steel framing, renovations, and general construction
- Install doors, windows, and other building components
- Assist with concrete forming and site preparation
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with carpenters, apprentices, and other trades

Qualifications
- Registered Carpenter Apprentice (Level 1-4) or equivalent construction experience
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Experience with construction tools and equipment is an asset
- Basic blueprint reading skills are an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
