Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Specialist role at Snypar Technologies is a full-time remote position focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions for enterprise and product use cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping AI models, developing machine learning pipelines, and integrating AI components into production software systems and cloud environments. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional engineering teams to build LLM-based applications, RAG systems, agentic workflows,



and intelligent automation solutions aligned with client requirements.

The role involves analyzing business problems, selecting appropriate AI techniques, writing clean and maintainable code, conducting experiments, and evaluating model performance. The specialist also contributes to documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement of AI and MLOps practices to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable deployments.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and distributed systems.
- Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to translate business problems into technical requirements, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on experience in Data Science, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and working with structured and unstructured data.
- Practical expertise in Machine Learning and up-to-date AI methods, such as deep learning, LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and model deployment in production environments.
- Proficiency in Programming (e.g., Python, Java, or similar), including experience with AI/ML libraries, API development, and integration with backend and cloud services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps/MLOps practices, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is highly beneficial.
- Experience building or integrating AI-powered products, automation workflows, or enterprise solutions is a plus.
