As Assistant Bakery Manager, you'll work alongside the Department Manager to deliver operational excellence and exceptional service. You'll help develop the team through training, motivation, recognition, and feedback. The work also includes staffing coverage, cleanliness, inventory management, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, and payroll functions.
