Overview The Assistant General Manager supports daily restaurant operations, helping maintain smooth service, effective team coordination, and a welcoming experience for guests. This hands-on role works across the dining room and kitchen, balancing customer service with operational needs.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily restaurant activities, support team management, and supervise staff to keep service organized and responsive.
- Support interviewing and staff guidance, and help address guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Assist with POS transactions, cash handling, serving, and bar or beverage service as needed.

Skills Required: Practical leadership, communication, customer service, and team coordination skills support daily supervision,



guest care, and smooth restaurant operations. Preferred: Restaurant management, supervising, food service, restaurant, kitchen, or broader food industry experience; familiarity with food safety, Micros POS, bartending, hospitality, , Your impact: Consistent coordination helps colleagues deliver attentive service and gives guests a dependable dining experience.
