Lead Early Learning and Care programs at Family Day’s Toronto Head Office using strategic planning, pedagogy, and program quality expertise. This permanent position starts November 2026.The Associate Director, Programs reports to the Director, Operations and leads Family Day’s programs and services. You will coordinate planning and delivery while overseeing Program Managers and Assistant Program Managers. The position supports services across Toronto, York, and Peel Regions.Key Responsibilities:

Degree or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or related studyFive to seven years in senior management rolesDirect Early Childhood Education experience overseeing management layersKnowledge of CCEYA, CWELCC, and child developmentExperience mentoring teams and leading change initiativesBring strategic leadership, program quality, and Early Childhood Education expertise to Family Day’s growing GTA services.
