Lead deal pricing methodology and proposition development at Pacific Life Re in Toronto, using actuarial analysis, investment expertise, and sound judgement. Work onsite four days weekly and from home one day.As Associate Vice President, you will lead the Savings & Retirement Deal Pricing team’s technical work. You will maintain pricing frameworks, develop models, and support recent strategies across global retirement markets.

The role also includes coaching colleagues and collaborating with client solutions, portfolio solutions, ALM, and investment management teams.Key Responsibilities:





Maintain S&R; deal pricing methodology frameworksDevelop pricing models under model development frameworksReview proposals through constructive challenge and recommendationsSupport non-standard transaction pricing with technical oversightCoach team members and deliver pricing framework trainingRequirements:

Qualified actuary or financial markets professionalAt least seven years post-qualified experienceTechnical skills for asset and insurance risk pricingLife reinsurance and asset strategy experienceUnderstanding of capital and profit reporting regimesBring technical leadership, pricing models, and commercial judgement to Pacific Life Re’s Savings & Retirement business in Toronto.
