Lecker & Associates is growing, and we are looking for an Associate to join our employment law team. You'll work directly with clients from their first call through to resolution, whether that means negotiating a settlement or taking a matter to litigation.Newer lawyers will be paired with a “buddy “ who can answer questions, share knowledge, and help them settle in.Manage your own caseload of employment law files from intake to resolution, with the support of a dedicated law clerkReview employment contracts, termination letters, and severance packages, and advise clients on their optionsNegotiate with employers and opposing counsel to reach fair outcomes for clientsDraft demand letters, pleadings, and other legal documentsRepresent clients in mediations and, where needed,
