As an Automotive Salesperson at King of Cars BC, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final delivery. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, energetic, and committed to providing exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Manage customer inquiries from walk-ins, phone calls, online leads, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and customer engagement.
- Conduct vehicle test drives and provide an excellent customer experience.




- Negotiate vehicle pricing and trade-in values professionally.
- Assist customers with available financing options and connect them with the finance department.
- Prepare and complete sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory, automotive products, and market trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain a qualified and organized showroom and vehicle lot.
- Work collaboratively with the sales, finance, and management teams.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA) Salesperson License in British Columbia – required.
- Valid BC driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online sales platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Pay: $44,100.00-$159,000.00 per year
