Key Responsibilities: Recognize member needs and promote available deposit services Provide recommendations by listening and asking open-ended questions Process automatic transfers, stop payments, and night deposits Keep filing current and maintain accurate transaction records Support positive internal and external service levels Requirements: Minimum three years of customer service experience Business, finance, accounting, or equivalent post-secondary education Demonstrated sales, service, and business development aptitude Robust organization, time management, and follow-up abilities Ability to make sound decisions regarding member transactions Use relationship building, sales and service focus, and transaction accuracy to support Dawson Creek members every weekday.
