Do you love coffee, outstanding conversation, and creating feel-good moments for guests? We’re looking for 1 Part time Permanent Barista to join the fun Made Market team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Regina!

This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, a passion for customer service, and availability for early am , evening and weekend shifts. Shifts will range from 5:30am – 5:00pm. Part time hours (20-25/week) will be a variation of shifts based on your declared availability.

What You’ll Do

As a Barista at Made Market, you’ll be the friendly face that helps start (or finish!) our guests’ day on a high note. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering exceptional, cheerful, and courteous service with a “guest-first” mindset
- Greeting guests promptly and building genuine rapport through friendly engagement
- Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and café items according to DoubleTree standards
- Anticipating guest needs and providing knowledgeable product recommendations
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and comfortable café environment
- Following all operational policies and procedures (full training provided)

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent




- Customer service experience is required
- Previous Barista experience will be required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time well and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Safe Food Handling and WHMIS (or willingness to obtain — we’ll help!)
