Receivable (AR) Coordinator is responsible for placing outbound service calls to discuss invoices issued. This role contributes to accounts receivables follow-up via customer service calls and proactive follow-up with our Engagement teams. Place service review calls to client contacts Review and update reports in excel; extract and input data Team with Accounts Receivable team to resolve discrepancies related to invoices and trace payments Superior customer service skills both oral and written ~ 1 to 3 years' experience in collections or customer support ~ High proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills) Post-secondary education Bilingualism in both French and English is a requirement of this role .
