Quota Crushers Agency is recruiting a Bilingual Client Success Manager for an established automotive technology and digital marketing company.

Our client is seeking a relationship-driven professional to manage a portfolio of automotive dealership clients, optimize marketing campaigns, and drive customer retention and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with automotive dealership clients across Canada.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Conduct monthly client strategy meetings and present campaign results.
- Identify upselling opportunities and support account growth.
- Manage client onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, creative, and technical teams.

Required Qualifications





- Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Automotive industry or dealership marketing experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign performance.
- Experience managing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SaaS or digital technology solutions is an asset.
